YOU NEED A PENCIL FOR MATH!!!!
As math is a critical subject, students should be workinh on skills both at school and home. Any parents/guardians with specific questions they need answered to best help their child, please contact me so that we can work together.
Below the picture of the pencil is the NOTES section.You will be able to download your notes as a PDF. You may then print your notes, or view them on a tablet or smartphone.
Khan Academy is a great tool that I strongly encourage all students to use to help learn and practice math skills. Students will be able to watch videos and ask for hints while working on new skills.
They will also be given the opportunity to work on old skills they may not be comfortable with yet, as well as go ahead if they catch on to new material quickly.
We will be using Khan Academy in the class and I will be asking students to work on it at home with their parents. The green link above can be used to access khanacademy.org.
